Do I have to purchase any added services while on my South Beach vacation?

Absolutely Not. That’s the best part of being a valued client of our Concierge Company. We offer over 30 different services during your stay and it’s great to know those options are available if you decide to take advantage of them.

Where will my luxury suite be located?

All of our hospitality suites are located at The Flamingo. The physical address of this property is 1500 Bay Road. This is truly an ideal location as you will be in the Center of all the action. World-Famous Lincoln Road is located merely a block away from the complex and features outdoor shopping, upscale boutiques and every type of restaurant imaginable.

How close is the beach from Flamingo?

The actual beach (Atlantic Ocean) is located about ¾ of a mile from the Flamingo. You will, however, have access to the private beach located within the complex, at the North Tower pool, that overlooks the Bay and downtown Miami. This is a great place to enjoy the beautiful South Beach sunset (See pictures).

Should I rent a car while visiting South Beach?

We wouldn’t recommend it. Parking is extremely difficult to find (especially during weekends and special events) and Valet costs can run you anywhere from $20-$50 throughout South Beach. Since you will be staying in the heart of South Beach, any destination throughout can be easily reached by a short cab ride. There is a Taxi stand located in front of The Flamingo complex and is available at any time you need a lift. We also have a list of experienced taxi drivers with Van service that allow up to 6 passengers to ride for the price of 1.

If I have a car, how much is parking at the Flamingo complex?

Covered, secure Valet parking is $12/nt. You will be charged every time you take your vehicle out of valet. We work very closely with the valet staff and you may elect a one-time $100 fee to utilize the valet service in/out as many times as you’d like within a 2 week timeframe. This fee is paid directly to the valet staff when you arrive. (Gratuity not included)

When will I receive my $500 Refundable Service Deposit back?

The day you check-out.

When staying in any of our Hospitality suites, a $500 refundable deposit is required for incidentals. A member of our staff will personally be there to assist you in your check-out and also make sure the suite is in the same condition as when you first received it. In the event there is no damage to the property, you will then receive your deposit back in full. Beware of other companies that hold your deposit for weeks or even months before returning it to you with a company check in the mail.
